Therapy

The human mind is much like an iceberg. The part that is above water is our conscious brain. This is the part that we have easy access to and includes thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Underneath the water is is our unconscious which can include feelings, memories and motivations that are not readily available to us. Psychedelics, in the context of therapy, provide a pathway to access the content beneath the surface.

  • Clients typically begin by using cannabis and then a prescription of ketamine

  • Session are somewhere between and hour and a half to 2 hours long

  • Psychedelic session are very different than regular therapy sessions. The focus of the session will be on your body. There will not be the typical time spent analyzing experience, but simply noticing and giving the body time and space to heal itself and release trapped trauma.
